This position is responsible for assisting the Manufacturing department working closely with the manufacturing manager in operations and customer service. The role will include and is not limited to the deployment of training and other duties that will enhance organizational efficiency and support a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

1. Collect all information required by the Manufacturing manager.
根据生产经理的指示收集信息。
2. Responsible for working with manufacturing manager to identify areas for process improvement events and recommending such events for Continuous Improvement and establishing the Lean program.
与生产经理一起认定并负责改善相关责任区域,提出需要改进的建议,设定相关程序。
3. Act in the capacity of the facilitator for nominated Manufacturing & Lean Improvement projects. Coordinate each project phase and ensure that participants and stakeholders have the tools and resources they need, necessary information, and guidance to enable them to fully engage in the process and maximize the potential outcome of each event.

4. Monitor the progress of all projects including ongoing status reviews. Responsible for coordinating and participating in departmental 7 days, 14 days, 21 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 day, 6 month, and 1 year follow-up meetings for each project to ensure follow-up activities are completed and improvements are realized and maintained.

5. Develop a comprehensive report which delineates the status and outcomes of each project, including, but not limited to efficiency gained, increased customer satisfaction and or reduced costs or savings realized.

6. Responsible for providing the key results and status reports for projects to use in the formal reviews with the Business Leadership Team on a quarterly basis to review accomplishments, identify areas for improvement, and respond to questions.

7. Coordinate the plan for deployment of training to all departmental staff. Ensure that tools, resources and instructional materials are developed, updated as necessary and maintained to meet ongoing needs.

8. Responsible for tracking participation and associated costs of time and materials for departmental training deployment. Establish a library of learning materials, both electronic and paper that can be made available to interested staff.

Qualifications & Knowledge

Essential Desirable
Degree qualified in technical or business discipline
Three plus years of relevant experience
