Responsibilities职责:

Lead The Team being responsible for 作为产品开发小组负责人负责：

1. Performance, the product should respect Customer and company specification and rules

性能，产品应该按照客户和公司技术条件和标准

2. Timing, assure the respect of milestone for Customer and or System, define the detailed component development plan

时间，确保按照客户或系统开发的主计划，并确定详细的零部件开发计划

3. Cost, assure the respect of Pre-Initiative or Target cost defined at the beginning of the project

成本，确保遵照项目之初定义的成本目标和批准的预算

4. Quality, assure the respect of the Quality Target defined during offer Phase

质量，确保实现在报价阶段定义的质量目标

5. Prototype, assure the delivery of prototype in different phase

样件，确保各个阶段样件的准时递交

Main activities 主要工作:

1. Responsible as Team Leader of component development phase from PR0 (approved) to component release (LIMP)

作为团队负责人负责零部件开发阶段从PR0（已批准）到LIMP的过程

2. Call the Design Development Team Meeting, and join in the project meeting

召集设计开发小组会议,参加项目会议

3. Update the Cost BOM and check periodically the economic result with PA

更新物料清单成本并与PA定期检查经济分析结果。

4. Inform KAM about all cost / Investment Change related to Customer and support KAM on Cost communication with Customer if needed

通知KAM需要的所有费用/客户相关的投资变化，如有需要支持KAM与客户进行成本沟通。

5. Organize the distribution of the Technical information internally and to customer

组织技术信息在内部和客户间的颁布

6. Manage each modification with PMD and lead the PMD process.

管理PMD更改和领导PMD的进程

7. Communicate with System Leader for component change and possible effect for system function

与系统负责人沟通零部件更改和可能对系统功能带来的影响

8. Inform NPQ about item related to the Component Quality and support NPQ in Quality communication with Customer if needed

通知NPQ项目的相关零部件质量，如有需要支持NPQ与客户进行质量沟通

9. Define Component Development detail timing 制定零部件详细的开发计划

10. Approve the proto C/OTS 批准proto C/OTS

11. Support the localization process with supplier together with PB and SDE, and Internal with PE

与PB、SDE和内部PE一起支持供应商国产化进程

12. Support CSE and PQE in analysis and problem solving after SOP

支持CSE和PQE在SOP后的问题分析和问题解决

Requirements 要求

1. University degree or above, majored in engineering or automotive

工程或汽车专业本科以上学历

2. More than 8 year’s relevant engineering or component development experience

8年以上配件开发相关工作经验

3. Professional in CAD tool

熟练运用CAD软件

4. Good communication & fast learning

良好的沟通能力和优秀的学习能力

5. Good command of English

良好的英文沟通能力

2. Give to Supplier Development Engineer the delivery date for Components of Proto A B C/OTS

给出供应商开发工程师样件A,B,C,OTS的供应日期

3. Cooperate with Process Engineer and NPQ to define Product Validation plan

4. Support the KAM Activity 支持KAM工作

5. Cooperate with Product Manager (Europe) in the roadmap definition and tracking
