Responsibilities职责:
1. Implement and maintain quality and environment system
负责公司质量及环境体系的推行和维护
2. Establish and update the quality system documentation (manual, procedure, working instruction)
负责组织编制和修订公司体系手册、程序文件和三级文件，并实施管理
3. Establish and implement internal system, process and product audit plan. Finish the audit report. Manage return and rejects suggestion and monitor problem-solving process
制定公司内部的体系、过程和产品审核计划，按计划组织实施，并完成审核报告。对审核提出的不符合项和建议项跟踪检查落实情况
4. Serve second or third party quality audit. Manage rejects analysis and establish improvement measures and monitor problem-solving process
接待、接受第二、三方质量审核，组织分析不符合项，制订整改措施并监控落实情况
5. Responsible for new project quality control (APQP) 负责新项目的质量控制（APQP）
6. Other works assigned by line manager 上级指派的其他工作

Requirements要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above in engineering or automotive related
本科以上学历，工程或汽车等相关专业
2. At least 3 years work experience in the automotive quality system industry
至少3年汽车行业质量体系工作经验
3. Experience in Quality System (ISO/TS16949 & ISO14001), prefer ISO18000
熟悉TS16949 和ISO14001体系标准要求，熟悉ISO18000者优先
4. Familiar with particular system requirements and standards from different customers
熟悉各类客户的特殊体系要求及标准
5. Knowledge of APQP、PPAP、SPC、FMEA、MSA、8D、Problem solving
熟悉APQP、PPAP、SPC、FMEA、MSA、8D、根本原因分析等质量工具
6. Good command of PPM and other system data statistics methods
熟练掌握PPM等质量数据统计方法
7. Strong communication skills and organization skills 具有良好沟通能力和组织能力
