Responsibilities职责:
1. Implement the APQP in project phase, set quality target
进行项目阶段质量工作的规划，质量目标的设定
2. Compile the document relative to quality
编写开发中项目的质量保证文件
3. Compile the gauge specification
编写检具的功能技术规范
4. Do training for operator in new project quality side
针对新产品对生产工人进行质量方面培训
5. Conduct the new product process audit
主导新产品的内部过程审核
6. Compile the PPAP document
编制初始样件提交文件并保证向客户的提交
7. Assure the customer requirement is fully fulfilled internally
确保客户标准在内部良好应用和开展
8. Assure project development procedure is fully fulfilled internally
确保内部程序文件的良好应用和开展
9. In the project initial phase, work with R&D to create the validation plan and conduct validation with lab,
and assure project requirements is fully fulfilled by internal each function department
负责项目初期和研发一起编写新产品实验大纲和后期验证工作，并负责项目过节点的审核和评估
10. Handle quality internal and external issue during project phase and SOP phase
负责项目期间的内部和客户处的质量问题处理，及后期SOP时内部质量问题的处理
11. Other works assigned by Superior

Requirements要求:
1. Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or Auto Engineering
机械工程或汽车工程本科以上学历
2. 3 years working experience in auto components manufacturing industry or relevant mechanical/electronic manufacturing industry
3年以上汽车零配件制造行业或相关机械/电气制造行业经验
3. Have project quality or production quality experience
有项目质量或者生产过程质量控制经验
4. Be able to read engineering drawing as well as GD&T 能够阅读工程制图如GD&T
5. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA and ISO9000 and ISO/TS16949
熟悉APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC,MSA和ISO9000,ISO/TS16949
6. Be knowledgeable in problem solving process as well as general quality tools application
熟悉问题处理流程和常规质量工具应用
7. Good communication skills and team work style
良好的沟通能力和团队精神
8. Good English both in written and oral
良好的英语写作和口语能力
