Responsibility职责：

1、Make sure plant facility and machine to run as usual 确保生产设备和工厂设施的正常运转

2、Establish PM and TPM plan according to facility status and monitor the implement result from maintenance technician 根据设备状态制定有效的PM和TPM计划，并监督维修人员的实施效果

3、Set up facility file and key facility list and key components parameter list

建立设备档案和关键设备清单，并建立关键部件参数表

4、Support and coordinate PE to analysis FMEA and collect information

支持和协助工艺部门对生产过程的FMEA的分析和信息收集

5、Periodic confirm with QA Department to calibrate facility or apparatus and support to make periodic maintenance plan

确认并周期的配合质量部门校准设备仪器和配合制定周期的维护计划

6、Establish facility diagnose system and make effective communication inside of department

建立设备诊断系统并及时有效的在部门内部沟通和交流

7、Analysis and support to production on process requirements, for example, set the process parameter, headcount, defense, environment protection

分析并配合生产部门有关于工艺要求的生产制度，比如工艺参数制定，工作人员配备，人员防护，环境保护等等

8、Manage facility spare parts对设备的备件进行管理

9、Be sure to implement standard industrial sanitation and environment protection policy

确保基于标准化的工业卫生和环境保护制度的实施

Requirement要求：

1、College and majored in Mechanical or Mechanical & Electrical Integration or technician, but experienced one can beyond this condition

机械或机电一体化相关专业大专以上学历或技师，实际维修经验丰富的，资质可另外考虑

2、More than 3 years working experience in production facility and assembly facility maintenance, familiar with assembly line, have low voltage certificate or related qualification certification

三年以上生产设备及流水线设备的维修保养工作经验，熟悉装配生产线，有低压电工操作证或相关的技师资格证书者优先

3、Have knowledge of related mechanical maintenance, on top of the theory of PLC of electric system and can use Siemens, Delphi, Mitsubishi PLC and upper control system

具有机械维修相关专业知识，熟练掌握电气系统的PLC控制原理，熟练运用西门子，德尔福，三菱等可编程控制器及上位控制系统

4、Good capability of maintenance and analysis and solve problem skill, can deal with kinds of technical problems in production independently

有良好的实际维修技能，具有良好的分析问题，解决问题的能力，能独立处理生产过程中各类技术问题

5、Responsible, hard working, good team player and active to learn

有责任心、敬业精神和良好的团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳，愿意积极主动地学习

6、Can read professional English files with tools 能借助工具阅读设备的专业英文资料

7、Familiar with Microsoft Office and Auto CAD 熟练运用微软办公软件和AutoCAD
