职位描述

CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

· Contribute to the achievement of Sales Target set for FIT Affluent Market Segment


· To produce the assigned room nights KPI annually for FIT Affluent market.

· To create awareness of RWS in the markets assigned.

· To be the RWS liaison person with all the in-market Travel Agents and partners.

· To provide Market Intelligence to Head Quarters.

· Participate in regional travel fairs, Product Presentation and Exhibitions.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION/S

· Minimum Tertiary Qualification.

· Diploma in Sales & Marketing or Hospitality Management preferred.

PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS AND BEHAVIOURS


· Possess high integrity and good business ethics.

· Result oriented, demonstrate a natural vitality, with a desire and ambition to succeed.

· Effective multi-tasking and time manangement skills.

· Possess enthusiastic and pro-active spirit.

· A team player with outgoing personality.

FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE

· Good spoken and written English and Mandarin, any relevant 3rd Language would be an advantage.

· Possess knowledge of MS Office.

· Possess good knowledge of Sales and Marketing functions.

· Minimum 2 years experience in the travel trade, hospitality industry or high end clubs / associations.
