The role of DES (Discrete Event Simulation) or Flow Simulation Engineer is widely recognised as one of the best techniques for managing the risk of change. From the evaluation of a new production layout, to re-engineering of entire business processes, simulation enables organisations to model any working environment and quantify the implications of different business decisions in a completely risk free environment.
