This role is responsible for planning and coordination of all manufacturing staff on all current and future vehicle programmes, including product programme actions and production strategies to meet the company operating strategy and cycle plan before pre <PS> stage. This role will be responsible for feasibility study, manufacture process route, capacity planning, the cost control and support the AME(Advance manufacture engineering) each technology team.

Study and manage to confirm manufacture process route; work with associate department to confirm the self-made and purchase parts list.
分析和组织进行制造工艺路线的制定，和合作部门共同确认自制件和采购件
Manufacture capacity study and planning

Manufacture cost process control and coordinate each department to update the PAR status; push the technology team and purchase team to progress on time ; update and manage the MACN ;
负责制造投资过程控制管理，协调并更新各项投资采购的状态，并推动工艺和采购团队实施；MACN(制造变更申请)的更新和追踪记录；
Support each technology team for technical assistant on English translate.
负责AME(Advance manufacture engineering) 各工艺团队技术人员支持（英文翻译）
岗位要求
1.Educated to Degree level in an engineering discipline
有大学本科以上（工科）的教育经历
2.Strong computer skill (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
较强的计算机技能（Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Project）
3. Enthusiastic, pro-active, confident, problem solver, self motivated ,team player, team leader ,Building relationships. with good interpersonal skills, negotiating skills, and good written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English. Strong ability to coach/train people

4.At least 3 years team management experience. Lead team to get the department objectives.

5.Experience in Manufacturing and Lean Principles, Good working knowledge of Industrial Engineering more than 5 years.

6.Experience in project management, process improvement and strategy development

7.Good sense of personal organisation and time management.
