为了确保新建工厂按照计划建设，负责项目的计划管理，协助工程基建经理完成工程建设期间的建设管理和资料管理
Ensure that the new factory construction is delivered in accordance to the plan, be responsible for project schedule and assist the Building & Services Manager to control project documentation.
主要职责
1、负责工业厂房筹建自立项至竣工交接的全过程管理资料管理
Responsible for the management of project documents throughout the whole process
2、编写项目土建时间表，跟踪时间进度，含土建公司时间表管理
Create project construction schedule ,track the schedule (including management of construction company timing schedules)
3、负责根据计划同施工方之间的工作衔接，控制各施工环节时间结点；
Responsible for the alignment of all construction plans.
4、负责所有土建文件归档管理
Responsible for all documentation archives.
5、协助基建经理对基建团队的日常管理。
Assist Building & Services Manager to manage construction team.
岗位要求
1. 中专8年、专科5年、本科3年
Educated to Degree level with 3 years experience or Diploma with 5 years experience
2. 中英文流利
Excellent English and Chinese language skills
3. 善于运用软件进行项目管理、计划管理
Excellent project management skills and planning management software competence.
4. 为人诚实、正派，工作效率高，执行力强；做事认真，踏实。
Honest, Reliable and Efficient
5. 熟练掌握计算机常用软件的使用，如EXCEL、WORD、PPT、PROJECT及AUTOCAD 软件
Fluent in computer common use, such as EXCEL, WORD, PPT,PROJECT and AUTOCAD
6. 有一定的团队管理经验
Excellent team management experience
7.熟悉资料管理，掌握一般基建图纸识读能力
Excellent document management and the ability to understand construction drawings.
