Report to Procurement Director Asia Pacific

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Develops purchasing strategies for the assigned raw materials to support the company achieve business goals and objectives;

- Manages the suppliers, which includes selecting and evaluating suppliers, establishing contracts and prices, maintaining relationships and performance, and related activities based on market changes and needs;

- Manages continuous improvement plan, which includes developing and implementing productivity plans, reliable supplies plans;

- Works with business team and technology team, and provides support from purchasing in developing new products;

- Identifies and explores any new opportunities in sourcing raw materials in China to support global Momentive in achieving the objectives and targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor or plus degree in chemistry, chemical engineering or management;

- No less than 5 years of progressive purchasing experience in chemistry industry;

- Working experience with multinational companies is preferred;

- Fluent oral and written English.
