1，在产线对工艺不良进行分析和解决。

2，在产线对不同型号的产品进行转线。

3，夹具维护和保养。

4，SMT和波峰焊的炉温曲线图测试。

5，设备参数检查和设定，保证产品质量。

职位要求：

1，中专或高中以上学历；

2，1年以上SMT工作经验；

3，良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神。

4，诚实，工作勤奋。
