职位描述
Responsiblities:
-External quality control & audit with suppliers.
--Inspection of suppliers for conformity regarding the processes to guarantee the agreed upon quality of units (working instructions, assembly/production, control plan, action taken);
--Seek and find proactive possible non-conformities to prevent declining quality and deliver performance. (caused by gabs in instructions, specifications, misunderstandings and failing communication).
-Carry out Vehicle Engineering Studies on finished assemblies and reporting.
-Quality support for all associates including production assembly problem solving.
-Follow up the Return To Supplier activity for non conforming purchased parts.
Requirements:
Education/Professional Qualifications:
-Bachelor degree in mechanics;
-At least 3 year working experience in QE/QI;
-CET4 or above.
Skills:
-Capable to read and interpreted dimensional drawings;
-Capable to perform measurements on parts and subassemblies;
-Capable to perform process analyzes;
-Capable to perform minor statistical analyses (especially the meaning of variance);
-Capable to communicate in English;
-Capable to develop and communicate production improvement items (poka-yoka) to suppliers;
-Knowledge of Office applications to analyze and report the findings;
-Some higher degree of technical knowledge.

-Black and White attitude;
-Can easily communicate with all involved persons;
