Job description and requirements
1. Maintenance and operation monitoring server and prevent blocking,reaching overload limits and request
2. Supervision of backup data stored on servers
3. Intall,update and computer maintenance
4. Management of the COMPANY PHONE SYSTEM
5. Supervision of network operation in optimal conditions WAN/LAN
6. Supervision and maintenance of copy,fax and printers
7. Analysis and testing of new features and reporting to the IM-Asia SC before their introduction into function
8. Preparation of purchase orders
9. Creation of system-level concept to implement new requirements
10. Ensure support to users and training them to use at a medium level of LEPS application
11. Coordinating and ensuring user access to IT resources of the company in accordance with existing IT procedures(only with the direct supervisor user accept and on base of from user registered by department of Human Resources)
12. To prepare work instructions whenever an IT activity requires under controlled conditions
13. Providing assistance in application of the regulations,procedures and IT instruction and their understanding by users
14. Manage and update all IT documents
15. Advance knowledge about Microsoft operating systems and Office applications
16. Good communicate skill
17. Fluent in English(oral,writing,listening)
