要求熟悉TS16949质量体系
Knowledge of quality standards ISO 9000: TS 16949:SPC; FEMA; APQP; QC- 7 ways
Resonsible for review all ppap document and transfer the knowledge to QE/IPQC leader
Impletement quality tools in process control ,evaluate the outcoming with customer requirements
Responsible for following quality timing in project ,document submission ,monitor the corrective action closure
Support the process audit with auditor ,tke full responsibility to make the action as per the results
Complete the task assigned by manager, monitor the working resluts of QE
Resonsible communicate in regular way and lead cross function to team to handle customer's complains
Make root cause analysis,apply preventive and corrective action to shoot quality issue.
Monitor quality performance of BU,assist manager to achieve quality target of dept.
Report quality data monthly to BU quality as well as manager
