工作地点：河北省廊坊市三河职位描述：
－对产品负责，熟知整个产品的制造工艺和BOM，工时等相关信息；
－产能核算，生产方式的选择和优化；
－为生产设计辅助工具及工装，为机器设备和生产工艺编制具体的工位标准操作指导书；
－验收生产工位，优化工位操作，提高效率；
－组织并实施工程技术更改，对图纸，操作指导书等工程文件进行归档、更新，更新材料清单，对工位进
行调整优化，跟踪整个工程变更的进度，确保满足生产要求；
－开展时间研究及计算，对照订单，分析Kanban的运行，研究材料的Kanban量，优化Kanban系统，调整
Kanban参数，参与生产Kanban的审核；
－参与图板设计及编制其它辅助生产文件（盘点单，材料清单等）；
－核算生产节拍，对产品的FMEA的负责；
－熟练使用ERP系统，进行数据的日常维护。

岗位要求：
－本科以上学历，汽车、机械、生产、电气工程等相关专业；
－精通工程制图；
－精通AUTOCAD,OFFICE办公软件与ERP系统的操作，熟练掌握英语口语和书写能力。
－熟悉TS16949质量体系；
－具有团队协作精神；
－制造行业一年以上相关工作经验．

Job description：
－Responsible for product, familiar with process flow, bom, working time ect
－Capacity calculations, Utilization and selection of production means
－Creation of new tools for production, Elaboration of standards for organization of work
stations,
－Creation, optimization and acceptance/approval of work stations, Approvals of production
deviations in charge of the units.
－Implementation of technical alterations and fitting-out of workstations, follow up PCR
process to keep production normally.Filing and updating of documents, management of changes
in production.
－Carrying out Calculations and time studies, Analyzing quantity of parts and performance in
KANBAN against orders, Index changing, participation in production audits.
－Drawing guidelines for assembly boards and other production documents.( production lists,
work instructions, inventory taking sheets, parts lists,ect).
－Calculation of production means utilization rate, Responsible for product FMFA.
－Familiar with ERP system, maintain and update data daily

Qualifications required:
－Bachelor degree of automobile, mechanical, production, engineering.
－Has a good command of MS.Office, ERP system and AutoCAD, good at spoken and written
English.
－Familiar with TS16949 systems.
－Exceptional communication skills and Team-work spirit.
－At least 1 year related experience in production.
