岗位职责:<BR><P>1. Majors responsibilities<BR>Recruit, develop and manage the PC&L team in compliance with the different Delphi procedures, internal control & customer requirements & health and safety policy of the plant<BR>Set( with PBU input) and achieve the budget for PC & L costs including Logistics and Inventory & DIO <BR>Be an active member of the plant staff to ensure overall plant objectives are achieved<BR>Ensure good operational performance of PC & L tasks, including production planning, scheduling, parts ordering, physical work flows and storage, shipping and good customer delivery performance<BR>Ensure good working of the PC & L elements of the ERP system ( e.g. SAP) including inbound & outbound EDI<BR>Ensure good preparation of new projects with all the associated PC & L elements ( advanced PC & L)<BR>Develop good operational relationships with both customers and suppliers<BR>Ensure the development and implementation of continuous improvement plans including Logistics MCIP for the plant<BR>Escalate problems to the appropriate level when needed<BR><BR><BR>2/ Missions of PC&L manager<BR>Process 1 & 2 : Planning, Scheduling & part ordering<BR>Ensure robust process to receive, analyse the customer demand and drive Original Equipment Delivery performance including customer metrics<BR>Ensure weekly production plan updates , measure the schedule attainment<BR>Ensure that schedules are sent weekly to suppliers and improve supplier delivery & logistics performance (PR & R’s)<BR>Achieve budget inventory turns & inventory budget levels ( FX excluded)<BR><BR>Process 3 : Logistics<BR>Ensure that the Delphi lean policy is applied from receiving to despatch<BR>Support Transport improvement approach & achieve Logistics budget<BR>Ensure PFEP is kept up to date<BR><BR>Process 4 : Advanced PC&L<BR>Ensure flawless launches<BR><BR>Process 5: Continuous Improvement <BR>Maintain & Improve the 6 key PC & L processes & systems ( act as change agent) using the QVC & 5 lean principles diagnosis tools and standard work<BR>Manage , develop, train & improve productivity of PC & L resources & organization across the plant including succession planning<BR>Ensure Strong Internal Controls and SOX compliance & good API results<BR>Lead MEIT/IMCIP/MCIP PC & L initiatives to achieve the budget transport & operational costs<BR>Deploy problem-solving methodologies (I&CIM, PRF) within PC & L <BR>Lead by example: detailed follow up, strong communications plan, engage your PC & L team<BR></P>
