- 诚实守信，严谨的工作作风和认真负责的工作态度
- 熟练使用CAD制图软件及办公软件
- 熟练使用工程预算软件并能看懂工程图纸
- 有工程造价员资格证书者优先
Essential Job Responsibilities主要职责：
1.负责各项目的投标报价、投标成本的水、电、通风相关类型安装预算算
2.参与合同的接洽、谈判、修改等工作；
3.负责各项目的成本核算工作；
4.负责各项目的进度报量工作；
5.负责各项目变更洽商增补报价工作；
6.负责各项目工程竣工结算工作；
7.负责各项目的提料审核工作；
8.负责各项目的采购审核工作；
9.及时掌握工程施工经营情况及成本变化情况，对施工过程中发生的成本变化及经营情况整理详细的数据资料，每月汇总上报；
10.完成上级领导交办的其它工作。
Education教育程度：
- 大专及以上学历
Working experience工作经验：
- 工程造价或相关专业2年及以上工作经验
