岗位职责：
1、全面深刻理解客户要求，满足客户需求并与客户进行重要有效沟通；
2、负责公司所属重要项目（柜台/专卖店/化妆品道具）的创意方案设计工作；
3、竞图方案设计 ：协助完成客户需求RFP和设计资料的搜集分析整理, 平面布置和重点区域的方案设计，材料选择和报价图.，并及时有效地与内部做好交流,，完成效果图、进度表、报价和PPT等完整的一份竞图Proposal；竞图得标后， 协助工地测量照相,，方案设计，材料及报价的调整修改；
4、细部设计：根据客户签认的方案设计，完成交办的部分区域的细部设计工作；
5、完成材料板、图纸规范和说明(图说文件)，包含送审图，投标图说，施工图说和竣工图等制作及整合工作；
6、材料板和图说的制作整合；
7、负责设计成本控制，跟踪施工过程（掌握设计实现状况）。

任职资格：
1、建筑、环境、室内或工业、家具、美术设计专业本科毕业；
2、具有至少6年室内方案设计和施工图绘图经验，或室内深化设计和节点绘制6年以上的工作经验；
3、有项目设计主创能力，能独立主持完成项目方案、效果图、施工图及跟踪服务等系列工作；
4、有很好的空间概念及丰富想象力，并能有效的运用相关的设计概念和元素；
5、能够有明确设计概念来阐释其作品的思路和来由；遇到质疑挑战时, 也能从容客观的分析面对；
6、能够很好使用AutoCAD,Sketch up,3D Max软件或手绘等方式, 清楚表达A.同一立面,不同材料收头的处理方式B.空间的效果C.较特殊的节点大样
7、能对常用的天地墙等饰面材料的种类及其价格有基本的认知，熟悉装饰材料市场与材质的应用，懂工艺，有一定的施工经验；
8、在项目的简报和设计等方面能很好使用PPT, Photoshop等软件；
9、能清楚扼要的与估价师和项目经理作设计和图纸上交底
10、有较为广泛的水电风照明电讯的机电知识, 能和机电设计专业和厂商沟通协调, 以达到业主要求及设计的最佳效果；
11、英文水平4级以上。
