职位描述
岗位职责:
1、协助总监制定销售计划并负责实施,发现问题及时调整,处理各类市场问题
2、协助上级完成团队管理和建设工作
3、负责达成销售考核的各项指标,包括利润达成、回款、新客户开发、投诉率等
4、与运营部门共同制定项目时间计划,组织协调内部资源,确保项目依照时间表完成
5、积极寻求开拓大客户的途径与渠道,努力维护与大客户的关系,定期对客户进行调查走访,了解客户需求,积极为其提供更好的服务
6、第一时间掌握客户动态,识别、捕捉、把握商业机会
7、投标资料与投标工作的组织实施
8、销售合同签约、项目运作跟踪及完工收款
9、依据预算控制销售各项费用使用,节约成本
10、协调并解决有关销售所有外部沟通事宜
11、完成上级安排的其他工作。
Job Description
The role is focused on business development and new client acquisition through proactive communication and networking within the relevant industry verticals. Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
- Work with the Director to determine an overall business development strategy and execution plans;
- To be responsible for an annual sales target for his/her respective, assigned customers;
- Identify and develop new accounts, negotiate and close deals, coordinate with project management and customer support teams from inception to completion;
- To continuously develop new market segment that will generate sales revenue and expand market share;
- Broaden and deepen new client relationship to maximize revenue streams;
- Response to customers’ inquires, provide input, review and process sales orders;
- Perform initial client needs analysis, determine the key areas of service that we want to pursue and develop value propositions and pitches for the client;
- Provide effective communication with customers and internal departments to ensure customer requirements are handled efficiently and accurately.
任职资格:
1、本科以上学历;
2、5年以上B2B销售/市场经验,有化妆品公司、奢侈品行业、时尚业者或高档消费品行业从业经验者优先;
3、在奢侈品,时尚业已建立人际网络者优先;
4、较强的掌控客户关系能力,计算能力、逻辑思维及应变能力
5、较好的人际交往能力和谈判技巧
6、较强的电话沟通技巧
7、对市场销售情况的判断及对销售信息的准确分析能力
8、新市场开发能力及内外部相关销售事宜的协调沟通能力
9、责任心强、团队合作精神良好
10、有耐心、有激情,服务意识良好
11、中英文流利,能适应双语工作环境
12、掌握电脑技能,能制作PPT展示
13、工作踏实认真,能适应加班出差。
- Bachelor degree is required;
- Outgoing, enthusiastic with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as time management and relationship management skills;
- Must be available to work overtime when required;
- Willing to travel extensively.
