1、具备良好的生产过程管理和控制的技能，包括进度安排和控制、风险控制、质量管理、配置管理等；

2、为提升制造工艺水平制定工艺规划，为机械加工设备选型采购提供技术支持，负责组织设备的工艺验收；

3、根据管理体系的策划，组织工程技术管理体系的建立、实施、监控和持续改进，从体系上保证公司生产的高效运作及业务目标的实现。

4、组织制定设备的安全操作规范和设备的维护保养标准；
5、组织实施提高生产效率的设备技改和工装夹具的制作；
6、定期组织并实施对生产设备操作人员的操作技术培训和维护保养知识的培训；
7、建立和组织实施设备的巡检制度和设备操作的监督体系；

8、根据公司的发展，组织新设备的调研、选型、安装和调试。

岗位要求

1、大学本科以上，机电相关专业；
2、8年以上工作经验，5年以上同岗位工作经验；
3、责任心强、有较强的开拓精神，有良好的团队合作精神和管理能力；
4、能承担高负荷的工作，具有较强的沟通能力及良好的谈判技巧，较强的创造力、拓展力和组织协调力。
