职位描述/要求：
1、全面深刻理解客户要求，满足客户需求并与客户进行重要有效沟通；
2、负责公司所属项目（柜台\专卖店\化妆品道具）方案设计、相关图纸深划等工作，能独立完成项目从创意、CAD制图和3D效果图的完整流程；
3、按照现有规范组织实际工作，执行设计质量标准；
4、把握设计的创意方向、水准及进度；
5、评估并改进设计方案、把握设计质量、具有可操作性；
6、设计成本控制，不断改进设计水平；
7、负责公司项目设计工作进度及效率、质量把控；
8、解决设计难点、参与工艺、材料改进；
9、负责所属项目设计突发事件的解决；
10、负责项目工作流程培训、设计制图培训、测量培训等（对应各品牌）；
12、能够对品牌担负责任，确保设计方案能够得到客户认可；
13、完成领导交办的其他临时性工作。



任职资格：
1、正规院校建筑学、室内设计学、环境艺术设计、家具设计等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、具备5年以上相关行业或商业/零售空间/家具/道具/展具设计工作经验；
3、有设计项目主创能力，能独立完成项目方案、效果图、施工图及跟踪服务等系列工作；
4、熟悉装饰材料市场与材质的应用，懂工艺，有一定的施工经验；
5、有一定的设计理念和思想，良好的口头及书面表达能力；
6、良好的职业道德，对时尚元素有自己独到的见解；
7、能够承受较大的工作压力；
8、较好的沟通协调、表达能力强；
9、英文水平4级以上，熟练掌握英语听、写、译能力。
