1、依据公司年度绩效薪酬福利政策、预算绩效管理规定，组织员工绩效考核、完善部门职责、优化工作流程；
2、做好绩效考核、绩效访谈等执行过程中的信息采集、汇总、并草拟统计报告；
3、根据业务部门岗位目标，结合员工考核信息，与业务部门设计合理的KPI指标，为下一阶段的绩效改进提供依据；
4、与各部门及时沟通员工考核情况；并结合公司薪资管理制度，对试用转正、人事变动调薪人员进行相应的绩效评估考核，为其任用提供支持；
5、参与季度、年度员工绩效评估工作的推进，按时间节点跟进各部门的完成情况，确保按进度完成；
6、完成其他人事工作；

岗位要求：

1、人力资源或相关专业专科及以上学历；
2、二年以上中、大型企业人力资源相关工作经验，其中1年以上绩效、薪酬管理实际操作经验，具备良好的服务意识；
3、熟悉生产类企业考核体系，熟悉人力资源绩效管理；
4、良好的数理逻辑能力及系统思维概念，能专注于细节并达成精确的工作质量；office、 Powerpoint、Excel使用技能，善于进行数据分析；
