职位描述
岗位职责
1、协助项目经理分析项目，制定相关计划；
2、负责项目内部协调工作，包括资源需求配置及协调、进度协调、质量控制及人员协调等；
3、负责项目组与公司内其他部门的协调工作，包括资源需求及人员调配等；
4、负责项目组与政府组织，客户及第三方的协调工作，保持与相关方的良好关系；
5、负责制定项目管理流程，并监督执行；
6、负责协调组织开展项目各种会议；
7、协调并解决项目内出现的其他问题。
任职资格
1、专科及以上学历，工程管理类专业优先；
2、1年以上项目协助 经验；
3、良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力；
4、积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力；
