职位描述
Tasks:
- Assessment of supplier quality systems and manufacturing processes
- Provide Technical & engineering support to the supplier.
- Working with R&D engineers to develop engineering samples
- Approve the fist lot production sample, as well as supplier process approval
- Analyze the non-conforming materials which are caused by supplier quality problem and improve the supplier delivery quality by implementing some corrective and preventive actions at supplier.
- Develop and implement supplier improvement planning, follow-up and check the efficiency.
Requirements:
- Familar with the manufacturing process and related standards of electrical components, e.g., transformer, motor, etc.
- Capable of Analyzing the root cause when there is a failure in the electrical component and can provide the possible solution
- Quick to learn and strong logical thinking
- Good communication skills
- Know-how of ISO 9001 and experience of supplier audit are prefered.
Education:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical engineering or related science
Knowledge/Languages:
- Fluent verbal and written English
Experience:
- Over 3 years of relevant working experience.
