PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要责任

1. Provide internal support, to a wide range for products includes but not limited to Microsoft, HP, IBM, Oracle, software
2. Maintain documentation and ensure information is up-to-date
3. Maintain the company ERP system
4. Assist to establish IT related policies and processes, and promote adoption and Adherence
5. Provide periodic/scheduled maintenance of system, performance tuning, troubleshooting system hardware, software and networks issue
6. Installing/configuring new computers
7. IT related assets tracking and provisioning
8. Supporting production/warehouse/purchasing/material planning group on weekly and monthly reporting data downloading
9. Supporting maintenance group on equipment software update and debug
10. Support equipment engineer on equipment network set up activity.


REQUIREMENT 岗位要求

1.Minimum Diploma Information and Communication Technology / Computer Science
2.Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in related system administration or customer support
3.Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Based products.
4.Good understanding of Systems Architecture and network fundamentals
5.Good Inter-personal Communication skills
6.Must be able to work as part of a team and, be flexible and support colleagues as required
7.Good analytical and interpreting skills, which are required to understand and analyze the problems
8.Great English speaker and able to communicate in Chinese (Spoken and written)
