Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement local financial strategies, draft and implement Financial related policy and procedure in line with BU/SBU policy and local relevant regulations, to ensure that all company financial affairs are in effective control in accordance with BU/SBU financial strategy and business development · 发展和执行财务战略，根据BU和SBU的财务政策和当地的财税规定，拟定和执行公司的财务管理政策。依据BU和SBU的财务战略和公司经营的发展，确保公司所有的经营在有效受控中。 · Introduce and prepare financial analysis to be presented to senior management and develop interim and long-term financial forecasts; · 向上级管理层提供各项财务分析，包括长期的财务预测及因经营所需的各项临时的分析及预测。 · Develop the short-term and long-term strategic plans for regional business; Lead and support the financial analysis for business decision making; · 为本区域业务提供和发展长短期的战略计划，领导和支持团队对本地区业务的各项经营决策提供合理有效的财务分析 · Liaise with local management team to achieve the company target of Sales Value and EBIDA or other key performance index。 · 和当地管理团队一起努力，确保公司设定的销售、利润等经营绩效目标的实现。 · Develop and direct the activities of the professional staff involved with the financial aspects of operations, including forecasting, planning, budgeting, credit and collections, cost accounting, and financial control systems; · 带领并发展一支专业的财务团队，做好财务各方面的工作，包括预测，计划，预算，信用收款，成本计算和财务控制体系。 · Responsible for all accounting functions; Establishing and maintaining internal controls, external financial reporting; · 负责所有会计事项，及对外财务报表的申报，建立和维护好公司的内控体系。 · Liaise with auditors and bankers; Interface with external auditors, handling all corporate tax matters; Coordinate and oversee the annual Budget process; · 与外部审计人员和银行，税务等相关政府部门建立良好的关系，负责外部审计的实施配合及所有税务相关事务，监督审核并协调年度预算的制定及执行，对执行情况进行分析。
Requirements:
Additional Information:
· Bachelor degree or above in a financial related subjects · 具备财务类的相关专 业，大学本科及以上学位。 · At least 10 years of finance experience and 5 years financial Controlor experience in the bigger manufacturing organisation · 在较大的制造型企业工作，具备至少10年的财务管理工作经历和至少5年担任财务总监职务的工作经验。 · Familiar with all the Financial knowledge and effective practice · 熟悉财务管理的知识和能有效开展各项财务工作。 · Proficient in both English and Mandarin (speak, read and write) · 熟练使用中文和英文，能熟练进行听、说、读、写。 · Strong organize coordinate and communication skills, interpersonal skills · 具备较强的组织协调、沟通交流和人际关系处理技巧。 · Strong expressing and analysis ability · 具备较强的表达和分析能力。
