Department: R&D department

Responsibilities:
- Make test plan for each milestone.
- Support building and check test samples.
- Set up test equipment and set test parameters.
- Record test results and photos during test sequences.
- Write test-plan and release test report.
- Attend new GB standards learning and launching meeting.
- Build and keep good relationships with suppliers, Tilva ...To negotiate the questions and problems happened in each period; To discuss the test demands and requirements in submit test and argument the test process and test result.
- Estimate work hour of our EL side, and make test plan, test report and organize team member to do test release of our project. To check the PLM process status of projects, FS, IDC, PMAPPE, KP2...
- Discuss test plan and test result with our colleague in GWR and share the test date with them.
- Cooperate with other teams and departments to release own target or support others to reach their objects.
- (Support IQC for ISIR to make qualification plan, to make test plan for PE to release engineering improvement, to support PQE to solve customer complains, to share standard information to other colleagues, SLC and GWR...)
- Build and keep good relationships with other certification agent CQC, testing lab, Tilva, SEAL, GWR...

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above about electronic technology, testing skills or relevant vocations;
- Experiences on test designing are preferred;
- Must with patient character to do work in deep details;
- risk management skills;
- English, CET4 for is a must, CET6 is preferred.
