A34-After Sales Market Development Specialist
Responsibilities:
1) Market Monitoring and investigation
Constantly monitor After Sales tools/equipment market regarding the related products, pricing, competition, gray imports, approvals, standards etc.;
For all related local and imported products;
Investigating possibilities to introduce and establish cooperation with new suppliers in order to exploit market business opportunities.
2) Cooperation with external suppliers
Establish and maintain stable relationship with external partners in order to enable centralized product supply, support and development of dealer network;
Contracts preparation, partner performance monitoring, evaluation and improvement;
Cooperation coordination with PCN departments as well as PAG;
Incorporation to AS marketing activities.
3) Performance monitoring/management
Monitoring of all KPIs related to network performance in respect to the specific range of products offered by approved suppliers(i.e. delivery , supply process, lead time, availability, ordering behaviour, volume, consumption, pricing etc) ;
Monitoring plan / target fulfilment ;
Reacting and follow up on any abnormalities;
Plan and implement(coordinate) internal and external marketing activities.
4) Dealer support
Collecting dealer feedback and follow up;
Escalation of open issues, mediation with suppliers and network coordination with responsible departments;
Providing dealers with information regarding related suppliers, appropriate and mandatory product range, processes;
Monitoring on-site usability of the approved range of tools/equipment;
Follow up actions.
5) Administration
· Invoicing dealers agreed obligations;
· Collecting received invoices from the suppliers;
· Financial reporting and monitoring;
· Organization of the regular meetings of approved suppliers and dealers.
Requirements:
Bachelor in Business Administration
Fluent English(written and spoken)
Understanding of Porsche corporate philosophy, image and identity
Excellent IT-Knowledge and communication skills
Profound in business analysis and project management
Minimum 2 years experience on similar activities
