Responsibilities:

-Support event arrangement, including arrangement of all training location & facilities and other associated required elements for course delivery, such as delegate refreshments, shuttle buses, hotel arrangements and additional events, arrangement of print and other materials is also required.
-Administration and control of all Course invitations to delegates including registration and further arrangement
-Development of support materials to aid Porsche Centres
-Responsibility for PPN communication created for or by AS Training team for the Porsche Centre Network
-Support at all levels including supporting AS Training Manager in the strategy development and implementation and indepth interaction with 3rd parties involved, general administration and coordination of related events.
-Management of AS Training Purchasing including stationary, tools, equipment and training providers, all purchase processes controlled via SAP
-Coordination of purchasing processes at all stages including interaction with internal departments and external providers.
-Supporting AS training team in all areas of their course delivery as required.
-Providing ongoing support to the AS Training Manager in all areas of the business, including attendance at meetings and events as well as translation of verbal and written materials

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree holder preferable in electrical engineering or automotive engineering
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, strong computer skills
- Strong communication skill and outgoing personality
-Teamwork spirit and able to work independantly and under pressure
-1-3 years working experience in training coordination, event coordination, top class hotel coordination, past experience working as a building facility coordinator is a plus
