主要职责
-Promoting sales & marketing activities with prime focus and development on Europe trade lane;
拓展销售和市场尤其是欧洲航线
-To follow and take action on the sales targets given by the Sales Manager ensuring achievement and maximum returns;
根据销售目标确定执行计划并确保最大回报率
-To successfully negotiate rates internally with operational counterparts, in order to achieve competitive rates to support our aggressive targets;
与内部运作方进行成功的谈判，以获得有竞争力的价格支持销售目标的达成
-Striving for highest professionalism and efficiency;
追求专业化，高效率
-To do continuous targeting and to develop high profile key accounts in line with direction given by the Team Manager, as well as maintaining contact to existing accounts;
根据公司业务战略，做好客户跟踪和维护。
-To communicate with overseas counterparts to enhance communication and co-operation on key targets and trade lanes;
和海外客户联络，加强在大项目和贸易航线上的沟通和协作
-To communicate goal oriented with internal operational contacts both locally and overseas to obtain competitive rates;
和内部运营（包括国内和海外）共同协作，以目标为导向获得有竞争力的合约
-Co-ordination of both external and internal visitors;
和国内外客户沟通协作
-Supporting of client events. Prime focus on events targeting clients specific to the respective market.

要求
-The candidate has a University degree in economics, international trade, business (or equal through experience).
经济、国际贸易、物流等相关专业全日制大专及以上学历毕业
-Over 2-3 years of sales and business development experience in the freight forwarding industries.
2-3年货代行业销售和商务发展工作经验
-International experience is absolutely necessary and in depth knowledge of container cargo transportation
有国际间货代运作工作经验，尤其在集装箱运输领域，有大件项目经验者优先录用
-Entrepreneurial spirit and experience of working in a multicultural environment.
具有职业敬业精神，有在多种文化融合的环境中工作的经验
-Strong commercial orientation: negotiating skills and driven by results.
强烈的商业意识，良好的谈判技巧和结果导向
-Command of English is a necessity. Willing to travel regularly.
