Job Description:
1. Lead and manage Quality team for overall quality activities in planning & implementation to long and short term goals to meet company objectives.
2. Work closely with related Depts to establish specific quality plans and challenge quality
goals, measurement metrics and Customer Satisfaction.
3. Enhance quality assurance & control, covering from New Product/Process Development (NPPDI) to mass production and delivery by preventive actions covering FMEA, Gage R& R, reliability test, ppk & cpk etc.
4. Maintain and improve company Quality and Environmental systems to meet today and future needs. Professionally handle customer audits to meet excellent results.
5. Ensure excellent customers service and deal with external complaints. Strive and monitor related team members to set the action correction and preventive actions to ensure continuous quality improvement.
6. Manage, training and coach the quality team to improve the subordinates' working skills and build efficient team to enhance company quality standard.
7. Other task assigned by superior or management as and when needed.
Job Requirement:
1.Excellent communication of both written and spoken English
2.A minimum of 10 years at quality management in semiconductor company
3.Be familiar with ISO9001 and TS16949 with actual experience
4.Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with 5-10 projects or Master Black Belt (preferred)
5.CET6 or above
6.Problem solving skill, like DOE, QC 7 tools, FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D methodology.
7.Strong leadership and coordination skills
