Job Description,
-To support process transfer for different types of technologies.
-Interface between wide Company Community in Europe & locally and foundry.
-Highlight and follow up on any process or production problems that deviate from the fab.
-Ensure that roadmap and action plan are complied and Company get constant report and updates
-Propose process improvement as part of the Engineering team
-Ensure that foundries are closing the loop on the prototype forecast and running smoothly
-Support the process/product qualification in foundry fabs.
-Compile process flow, EDC and handbook ready for MES and Fab implementation;
-Interface with module process engineers and resolve related process issues;
-Manage engineering lot process and handle in-line/off-line process issues;
-Compile parametric testing and device data analysis.
-Ensure that technical queries are clarified.
Job Requirement,
-Minimum Bachelor / Master Degree in Physic, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics.
-more than 10 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry.
-Strong device or process integration background with practice on process flow, process steps and recipes, defectivity tools and improvement programs and electrical parameters for process control monitoring (PCM)
-Experience on yield enhancement tools & methodology
-Familiar with different type of technologies like standard and advanced logic, memories, Bicmos, etc.
-Excellent communication ability
-Able to work in a fast pace, cross culture environment.
