Responsibilities:
1. Check vendors "payment request" and coordinate on payment settlement;
2. Input payments/invoices into accounting software;
3. Prepare quarterly inter-company AP reconciliation and reconciliation with supplier on regular base;
4. Verify/Cross-check supporting document and ensure that all approvals are obtained;
5. Prepare AP aging analysis, given the comments for significant change item;
6. Provide accurate and on-time payment service to internal and external customers in AP area.
Working Capital Management
? Able to minimize working capital by managing debtor collections process and working to reduce debtor days
? Ensures adherence to global credit policy at all times
? Continually works to improve supplier payment terms
? Works with teams to optimize inventory through forecasting and management
Cash Management
? Able to forecast cash flows in order to manage cash within facilities available
? Control growth plans and future projects within facilities of the business.
? Optimizes highest return of working capital.


Requirements：

?Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance
?Cost modeling and inventory accounting experience is a must , understand tools and techniques of costing or valuation
?Knowledge of computerized accounting system and desktop software such as Excel and Words
?Ability to work across various areas of the business, including effective communication with people of different levels;
?Independent, proactive, tenacious, enthusiastic, quantitative, goal and results oriented
?Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
?Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin
