Works with: Members in Logistics, Production, Purchase, Quality and related colleagues in Asia, the US and in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Working out purchasing plan based on master production schedule, sales order/forecast and inventory.
2) Releasing PO and rolling forecast. Adjust PO when any change updates. Following up PO execution to ensure meeting production schedule.
3) Following up open PO, monitoring goods in transit so as to achieving JIT supply, with controlling logistics cost, working through import process till arrivals on site.
4) Checking when receiving materials. Then submitting payment request.
5) Supporting new project on materials requirements. Making sure the material schedule to match the project schedule.
6) Based on sales order/forecast and supplier's capacity, making material / WIP stock in reasonable/low range, continuously utilizing the inventory.
7) Participating in Oracle setup (roll-out) project in Asia as a key member. Setting/Optimizing the parameters of safety stock, lead-time, MOQ...etc. to run ERP efficiently.
8) On a basis of Oracle report, monitoring the materials and evaluating the delivery performance of the suppliers.

Requirements:
1) Bachelor degree, majored in the Logistics or International Trade.
2) More than 5 years experience in automotive industry, at least 2 years working with Oracle, experience in implementation of ERP is preferred.
3) Accurate working style with well understanding of BOM, statistics skill, familiarity of import business process, file management.
4) Good communication skill with suppliers.
5) Willingness & ability to work diligently under pressure; High moral standard with integrity and honesty, self-motivated and a team player.
6) Excellent in English both oral and written.
