Reports to: Plant Manager
Location: Shanghai
Direct reports: All production operators
Works with: Process Engineering, Logistics, Quality in Plant, the related in Asia, in the US and in Europe

Key Responsibilities:
1. In charge of production on plan on quality on safety. Personnel involves in these activities in the fast growing environment.
2. Running daily production to exceed customers' expectation by proactively leading continuous improvement on productivity, safety, quality in process, WIP...in order to increase plant efficiency by all needed means.
3. Timely plan and update Production Schedule for work-orders by consideration of master production schedule, order emergency, machine capacity, tooling readiness, human resource, material availability... on the most optimized basis, generate valuable solutions together with other functions.
4. Plan and forecast production capacity and capability including equipment, process and human resource to meet customers' requirement.
5. Properly use existing equipment and tooling. Participate in TPM and basic repairing. Participate in new machine & tooling designing, remolding and receiving as end user.
6. Keep production safely in complying with guidance and regulations. Satisfy the requirements from assurance systems including ISO/TS16949, ISO1400 and customer's. Conducting 5S every day.
7. Detects the problems and solves them to break bottle necks in the field.
8. Train, develop direct resources, bring positive influence to others.
9. Controlling all operators' overtime and also monthly calculating payment to labor agency.
10. Others while required.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of Bachelor Degree, major in Mechanical, E&E or Chemistry Engineering.
2. More than 6 years relevant working experience, at least 3 years of hands on production management in automotive industry.
3. Deep understanding on LEAN manufacturing and Safety, also ISO/TS 16949, ISO14000.
4. Good at ERP(Oracle), experience of implementation is preferred.
5. Good computer skills, especially analysis in excel.
6. Effective written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English.
