职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare AR entries, timely issue VAT invoice, make bank deposit when necessary, run AR aging report and Sales report.
2. Responsible for AR collection and receiving clearance, Provide the accounts receivable reports to ascertain status of collection and balance outstanding.
3. Process bank payments (including overseas payments) for two entities via online banking system.
4. Responsible for intercompany reconciliations with overseas affiliates.
5. Responsible for fixed assets recognition and booking in accounting system.
6. Responsible for the preparation/reviewing of tax computation and returns (including VAT, BT, CT, CIT quarterly, CIT annual filing, PT, LUT, SD, WHT filings for cross-board payments etc.), and ensure full compliance with PRC laws.
7. Assist in managing the preparation of tax forecasts.
8. Daily communication with tax authorities.
9. Assist in tax consulting and implementation on project basis.
10. Assist in reviewing contract regarding the tax related clauses.
11. Keep abreast of the latest development of China tax laws/regulations and inform management of the potential impact identified in the tax compliance and other tax projects in a timely manner.
12. Prepare the document for bank, such as loan interest payment, loan extend.
13. Complete the Staff expense reimbursement recognition and post voucher in UFIDA system timely and accurately.
14. Other related finance and accounting activities.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Finance or Accounting.
2. Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in finance in international manufacturing company with 3 years experiences in AR or Tax.
3. Familiar with tax laws and regulations.
4. Familiar with ERP (Oracle) System.
5. CPA/ ACCA professional certification is a plus.
6. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
7. Fluent in both oral and written English.
8. Host, diligent, hard-working and a good team player.
