Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks
? Manage virtual community to ensure that active and achieve best practices in local websites and social media channels
? Manage and collaborate with different DC and online marketing team to drive relevant content syndication and messaging initiatives.
? Leverage best practices to innovate social media plan.
? Proactive in communicating EVERDISPLAY's strategic initiatives (within guidelines) via regular communications plan.
? Serve as liaison between Online DG and other teams involved in relevant marketing development including an effective response plan.
? Prepare relevant and regular report to Online & Social Media marketing team.
? Perform regular 'health check' on social media conversations in the market and provides suggestions on 'response plan'
Qualifications, Skills and Competencies
Experience & Language Requirements
? Minimal 4+ years of online, web management, PR experience including some web analytic background is required.
? Experience with the execution of online or social media marketing programs.
? Knowledge and experience with leveraging innovative online technologies
? Effective executive communication, both oral and written in Chinese
? Well-versed in social media environments, technology, platform, engagements and the overall Social Web
Education
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
? Skills and Competencies
? A self starter able to operate efficiently with multiple stakeholders.
? Highly organized, works well to deadline.
? Experience in online marketing, campaign development and management..
? Interactive Marketing skills- knows how to market via interactive and web programs.
