CIP Engineer 持续改善工程师Continuous improvement Engineer

岗位职责Job Responsibilities：

1. 负责装配工艺的实现和优化及失效分析，对装配工艺的持续改善；

Responsible for assembly process realization and optimization; failure analysis and continuous improvement for assembly process.

2．与工装夹具工程师一起对于工装夹具的设计和改进；

Work with tools engineer to develop and design assembly fixtures;

3．对客户抱怨进行分析，提出改进措施，提供8D报告；

Analyze customer complains, submit the corrective actions and preventive actions, complete the 8D report.

4． 编制工艺流程图和操作指导书，对控制计划进行输入和更新;

Make the process flow and work instruction， Input and update content of control plan；

5． 参与国际项目，支持产品的研发, 及时完成样品的制作, 确保样品制作质量, 并对产品设计进行反馈.

Involved in international projects， Support R&D. Make prototype on time with good quality. Provide feedback of prototype in manufacturing stage.

6． 对转移制程和新产品执行PAPQ (制程审核和制程认证), 组织解决工艺过程中的问题；

Implement PAPQ on each transfer project and new product. Lead to solve problem in process；

7． 培训生产人员

Train production people.

8． 汇报给首席技术官，根据设定的预算和目标及时完成上级交予的任务

Reporting to the Chief technical officer. Finish the tasks from superior in time within approved cost frame, achieving specified targets.

任职资格和要求 Qualifications and required experience：

1． 本科学历，机械或机电专业专业，三年以上机械装配工艺工程师经验，具有机械制造工艺背景

Bachelor degree, Majored in mechanical or mechatronics, more than three years experience in mechanical assembly process engineer with manufacturing engineering background.

2． 计算机操作熟练，并能熟练掌握及运用办公软件和CAD

Computer skill and can master and apply Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.

3． 有丰富的工艺流程设计，成本核算，MTM及改善经验，熟悉精益生产、六西格玛

Rich experiences in process design and improvement, Cost calculation / MTM (Methods-Time Measurement knowledge), be familiar with lean manufacturing, 6 Sigma

4．有项目主管经验，了解项目计划，熟悉项目计划的工具。

Project Leader, project planning, knowledge of project planning tools

5．良好的中英文表达能力（口语、书写）

Good communication skills in English (spoken, written)

6． 工作认真负责，具有合作精神，善于与同事合作沟通；

Serious and responsible work with the spirit of cooperation, good communication and cooperation with colleagues
