Job Responsibilities工作职责:

1. Organize production following production plans. Achieve lead time, productivity and quality targets

按照生产计划安排生产,完成交货期、生产效率和质量目标。

2. Propose and take actions to continuously improve lead time, productivity and quality.

提出和实施持续改善行动以缩短交货期、提高生产效率和质量。

3. Ensure availability and implementation of work instructions and operating procedures

确保操作指导书和操作规程的有效性并在生产中实施

4. Supervise and direct production team(s), provide related training to operators.

管理生产团队，并对操作员工相关的培训指导。

5. Ensure that safety principles are followed, set-up 5S in the workshop.

确保生产车间遵守安全规章，建立5S管理

6. Ensure effective deployment of manpower and other resources.

合理高效地调度人员和分配其他资源。

7. Set up a performance evaluation system based on given KPI’s. Prepare monthly and weekly prepare reports for local management.

根据绩效指标建立业绩评估系统，定期向工厂经理汇报。

8. Fulfill other tasks arranged by Plant manager.

完成工厂经理布置的其它相关工作。

Job Qualifications/Educational Requirements 任职资职/学历要求：

1. College or above, Engineering background, 25~35 age

大专以上学历，工程专业，25~35岁。

2. At least 3 years experiences in production management, 2 years in the position of production supervisor.

三年以上生产管理相关工作经验，二年以上担当上述职责。

3. Skilled in computer software, Basic ERP knowledge

熟练操作电脑，熟悉ERP系统。

4. Comprehensive knowledge of 6 sigma and lean manufacture methodologies (6 sigma black belt is appreciated).

精通6西格玛和精益生产方法，6西格玛黑带优先。

5. High sense of initiative, quick response and able to work in a fast paced environment.

工作积极主动、执行力强，适应于快节奏的工作环境。

6. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

精通英语说写。

7. Good communication and management skill.

良好的沟通、管理技巧。

8. Good team player.

具备良好的团队合作精神。

Subordinates: 30 workers, up to 50 in 2013.下属30~50个工人
