Job Responsibilities 工作职责:

1. Handle warehouse activities including raw material, components and finished goods following safety, quality and efficiency principles. Avoid quantity deviations and ensure availability of products for production and shipment to customers.

根据安全、高质量、高效率原则管理材料出入库，产品打包和发货。

2. Build up a state of the art warehouse organization.Optimize warehouse layout to maximize the utilization rate of warehouse space and improve the efficiency of materials flow.

逐步建立和引进先进仓库管理技术。优化仓库布局，最大化利用仓库空间，提高材料流转效率。

3. Analyze current external transportation costs and introduce new forwarders to conduct future transportation.

分析目前运输成本，引入新运输方式降低费用。

4. Conduct regularly inventory checking, analyze the causes of deviation to improve inventory accuracy.

定期盘点，分析差异原因以提高库存准确率。

5. Manage the warehouse team, measure warehouse efficiency and performance based on KPI. Prepare monthly and weekly reports for local management.

管理仓库团队，根据绩效目标考核仓库效率和业绩。完成月报和周报。

6. Maintain good working relationship with internal and external customers and vendors.

与内部和外部供应商、客户维护良好的工作关系。

7. Standardize and document the warehouse operational work (receiving, storage, dispatch, delivery and update the ERP system, etc.) and implement the training for warehouse team, Ensure warehouse staffs to obey the warehouse standard operation processes.

标准化、文件化运作仓库（收料，存储，配货，打包，发货和ERP系统录入等），给仓库组员培训，确保仓库人员按流程操作。

8. Fulfill other tasks arranged by the Plant manager.

完成工厂经理布置的其它相关工作。

Job Qualifications/Educational Requirements 任职资职/学历要求：

1. BS degree and above in Logistics or equivalent majors in Science. 30~45 age.

本科以上学历，物流专业或相关学科背景, 30~45岁。

2. At least 3 years experience in warehouse management or supply chain management and responsibility for team of 10 or more persons.

三年以上仓库管理或物流相关工作经验，有管理10人以上团队经验。

3. Experience working with an enterprises resource planning (ERP) system (i.e. Kingdee, SAP or similar). (experience with automatic warehouse systems is appreciated)

熟练掌握金蝶、SAP等ERP管理系统（有自动化仓库工作经验优先）。

4. Excellent analytical, planning and problem solving skills.

有佷强的分析、计划、处理问题能力。

5. High sense of initiative, quick response and able to work in a fast paced environment.

工作积极主动、执行力强，适应于快节奏的工作环境。

6. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.

精通英语说写。

7. Good communication, management skill.

良好的沟通、管理技巧。

8. Good team player.

具备良好的团队合作精神。
