Location: WFC, Beijing, China

Responsibilities:

1. To be accountable for Anti-trust implementation and compliance at JVs.
2. To be accountable for knowledge transfer and capability building of pricing expertise at JVs.
3. Influence the setting of prices for 1,059 sites across the country in accordance with the prescribed pricing strategy to optimize financial performance at the site,region and national levels.
4. Develop fuels pricing strategy for short to long term
5. Develop and maintain reporting processes and reports to track business performance Vs the operating plan and conformance with the pricing strategy and recommend/implement corrective actions.
6. Manage risk and enhance financial performance by training departmental and marketing region staff in legal and commercial aspects of pricing.
7. Develop and maintain a fit for purpose system infrastructure necessary to support the pricing process.
8. Support the legal organization in pricing related litigation.
9. Serve as an expert witness on pricing matters in legal and public affairs forums.
10. Develop and maintain a learning environment for department staff.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum BA/BS. Preferred MBA - Marketing.
2. Experience: Retail Manager or Business Manager. Domestic Products Trading and/or Logistics
3. Demonstration of the aspired list of Shell Group Behaviour (Leadership, Accountability, Teamwork) and core values (Honesty & Integrity and Respect for People).
4. Strong Leadership of cross functional, multi-national teams/networks with excellent communication skills.
5. Demonstrable track record of performance in delivering, implementing and executing within the Retail business.
