Key Accountabilities:

1. To support Financial Controller and prevent the company accounting and treasury risks
and monitor process in line with the company;
2. To assist Financial Controller to set up / review / modify internal policy &
business procedure and monitor the actual implementation.
3. Set up the accounting team in each warehouse location;
4. Review the financial reports produced by each warehouse ;
5. Produce monthly consolidated financial reports, forecasts and annual budget and ad hoc financial reports in compliance with corporate reporting requirements;
6. Review and update internal control policy and ensure its compliance ;
7. Liaise with internal and external auditor ;
8. Regular contact with bankers, government and tax authorities
9. Other task assigned by Financial Controller

Main Requirements for Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
1. University graduate, with major in accounting or finance
2. At least 9 years relevant managerial experience in multi-national company
3. Familiar with principles and practices of accounting and tax in China
4. Good knowledge of MS office and Kingdee accounting system
5. Strong communication skills
6. Good command of written and oral English
7. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
8. Strong work commitment and can work under pressure
9. Team work spirit
