JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
？ In this position the individual will work as a software design engineer in the China Development Center. This person will work within a 3G/4G Network Monitoring and Network Management project team responsible for design, implementation and test of software modules or applications as part of a development project. The program will be clear customer focus and the close work together with (international) engineers, product owner and customer(s) will be essential.
？ The individual will be responsible for developing protocol decoders and monitoring applications on K18/NSA/GEO products, according to 2G/2.5G/3G/LTE and China local standards and providing engineering support to Network Monitoring, Network Management products.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· Graduate from university with degree from Telecom, computer science, or EE.
· 4+ years’ experience in telecom industry, familiar with mobile network protocols, network structure, and network maintenance. Deep knowledge of 3G/4G access network protocols (Iu/IuB) are preferred.
· Familiar with C/C++ language & programming. At least 2 years programming experience in C/C++ within a Windows/RTOS/Linux/Unix programming environment. Java programming is plus.
· Understand software development process. Preferable good Process and quality Awareness.
· Be able to design, implement, and test software modules independently.
· Strong problem solving skills.
· Preferable good Process Awareness, and Experience of quality management system for software engineering, such as design/code review and inspection.
· Good communication skill and English capability. Willingness and capability to work with western (Europe, U.S.) engineers.
· Able to travel internationally.
