Tasks:
? Maintenance of Corporate Clients in APAC locations
? Improvement of end-user productivity by appropriate training programs
? Contact person for onsite user regarding all aspects of end-user support, network setup and maintenance of Corporate Clients in APAC
? Part of GEA Group Monitoring Service
(Critical services and network components are monitored by a web-based tool 24 hours a day. It is planned to hand over this task on a daily basis according the time zones America, Europe, APAC)
? Run regional relationship with Hardware-Supplier and other Service Provider for end user support
? Run regional relationship with AT&T (single source provider of GEA Group for data communication)
? Maintenance of Chinese network according corporate guide lines

Required IT knowledge:
? Basic technical knowledge regarding following techniques
? IT Security
? End User training
? Documentation skills
? Registering Tickets for the Helpdesk by a given tool
? WAN (Wide area network)
? VPN (virtual private networks)
? LAN (local area network)
? Web Services
? Microsoft SMS (Software Distribution)
? Experienced technical knowledge in following areas:
? Microsoft Office 2007 and Office 2010
? Microsoft Exchange 2007 and Exchange 2010
? Organisation Hardware replacements
? Microsoft Server 2008, Server 2003, 32 and 64 bit version
? Microsoft Active Directory Services
? Operating System Windows 7, Windows 2003, Windows Vista
? Symantec Backup Solution
? Network monitoring tools such as WireShark...
