Job Description
We are currently looking for an exceptional individual to undertake the exciting new role in Shanghai as the Leads Generation Manager for EF Language China Direct Sales. This role will be responsible for the execution of the marketing plan and driving more high quality sales leads for all of our product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute assigned leads generation tasks
· Conduct market research to understand our marketing positioning and the customer behavior in the market.
· Identify new leads generation methods and channels
· Perform regular tracking of marketing performance and integrate it into later marketing planning to ensure consistent growth on sales leads

Requirement:
· Bachelor's degree or above from a respected university
· Strong analytical thinking with ability to approach issues from business perspective
· Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment and manage multi projects simultaneously
· Result-driven, dynamic and entrepreneurial individual who proactively tackles challenges
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed
· 5 years working experience, preferably training, consulting or related areas.
