Synopsis:
As the Sales Manager, you will join EF Study Abroad sales team in Shenzhen, Shanghai or Beijing and direct regional sales and marketing activities.

The role:
We are looking for a high caliber individual to join EF China’s fast growing Study Abroad Division. The mission of the division is to double within 2 years. You will operate in a truly international environment and a young and dynamic team. It is a very sales oriented role requiring marketing creativity.

You will:
？ Take full ownership of direct sales in the region and reach sales targets on a weekly basis
？ Overall responsibility for coordinating day-to-day sales activities with personal involvement.
？ Develop & implement sales and marketing strategies
？ Drive local marketing and advertising, and understand competitive positioning
？ Responsibility for building up new and maintain existing customer relationships. Ensuring the provision of excellent customer service and support.
？ Business development, new channel development
？ Staff recruitment, development, performance reviews.

You have/are:
? Recognized university degree, preferably at graduate level
? 5 year work experience in sales and marketing for a respected company
? Strong business acumen and commercial instinct
? Demonstrated leadership skills
? Staff management and development experience
? Commitment to quality and customer service
? Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit
? Ability to prioritize, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
? International experience (study/work) or experience in an international environment
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
? Positive attitude and great team spirit
? Experience within education industry will be great plus;
