Purpose of Job
1.To cooperate with each department to achieve the KPIs of Manufacturing Excellence in ECT China.
2.To build up lean culture among company.
3.To implement cooperate sustainability requirements.
4.To ensure Sustainability 2017 goals can be fulfilled gradually and effectively.
Principle Accountabilities
1.Prepare Lean training materials and provide trainings to staff.
2.Work in cross-function team to support identifying improvement opportunities.
3.Take part in and facilitate major lean projects / blitz kaizens.
4.Summarize project reports. Quantify and document the success of lean projects.
5.Support and follow up the progress of lean projects and kaizen suggestion done by all related departments.
6.Prepare required monthly KPIs and reports.
7.Drive some major sustainability projects to be carried out.
8.Communicate with global team to introduce and share best practice.

Education Training and Work Qualifications
1.Bachelor degree or above
2.Major in chemicals related or Industrial related
3.3 years' experience of lean implementation in workshop
4.The candidates should have CET 4 certificate, a 6 sigma green belt certificate would be preferred.

Knowledge
-Essential
-The candidates should have manufacturing knowledge in chemical and industrial plants.
Desirable
EHS, Quality assurance and production scheduling knowledge are preferred.

Skills and Abilities
-Essential
-Have proficient skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Data analysis.
-The candidates should have good skill in oral and written English.
-The candidate should have good ownership and leadership, and have good team work spirit.
Desirable
-The candidate should have good communication skills and deal with troubles related to multi-functions
-The candidates should have analytic ability for complex problems.
-The candidates should have diligent and enthusiasm spirit for his/her job.
