Responsibility

1. Costing and Inventory related works

2. Credit control related work

3. Prepare reporting packages of a business unit, ensure timely and accurately when monthly closing, quarter closing and year end closing

4. Cost analysis, examine key items/variances in details and analyze results based on key drivers

5. Prepare and control budget-department cost

6. Liaise with material control/production/warehouse on costing matters

7. Work independently to extract information from SAP for analysis and reconciliation

8. Other ad-hoc work assigned by FC and FM

Qualification Requirements

1. University Degree in Accounting or other related disciplines

2. Minimum 4 years’ experience in finance/audit in a multinational company and 2 years as cost accountant , automobile or chemical industry background is preferred;

3. Candidates with 2+ years’ experience in BIG4 accounting firm will be considered

4. Self-motivated, with earnest desire to learn and grow, and can work independently under high pressure.

5. Solid Finance & Accounting background, Having accounting certificate is preferred

6. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities

7. Fluent in English especially in respect of business writing

8. Attention to details is critical·

9. A team-player is necessary

10. Good communication and interpersonal skills

11. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Have EPR experience (SAP is preferred)
