Job Description
Are you ready for a challenge? We are looking for an exceptional candidate to assist our Business Development Manager at our Shanghai office. The Hult Business Development team is committed to growing the Hult brand across the world, and as a member of our team you will be expected to play a key role in that growth.Your business skills, your judgment, and your work ethic will all be tested, and the rewards can be as rich as you make them. In this challenging role, your duties will include, but not be limited to:
Assisting the Business Development Manager- EMBA team with the development and implementation of a recruitment (sales) plan our EMBA program in your market
Representing the school at various fairs
Traveling to and hosting regional info sessions in targeted cities in Asia
Developing web strategies (paid search, email campaigns, and social medias activities)

Qualifications
Marketing/Business Administration/Equivalent degree
Experience in sales or marketing for a respected company (2 years minimum)
Experience of working in Asia AND Europe or America
Strong commercial instincts
Strong business acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work very independently or as part of a team
Fluency in Mandarin and English mandatory
Knowledge of Salesforce

Qualifications (Optional)
Experience in a service-oriented industry
Has traveled the world and lived abroad
