岗位目标:

作为CGTC技术人员，执行关于先进磨料技术和产品的团队项目。可根据将来的实际工作流程作调整。

主要职责（时间、工作内容的分配）:

1. 15% 为支持磨料产品及应用的进步进行磨削项目的学习和执行。

2. 45% 为保持在磨削技术的领先和与关键伙伴建立信任合作，联合SGA资源进行应用工程项目的定义、建议和执行。

3. 10% 推进CGTC设备、资源、量具、测试方法和技术的建立并应用到项目中。

4. 5% 通过自学、培训和项目合作，增强应用技术能力，并利用这些知识培训SGA其他员工，主要包括磨料磨具的研发小组同事，产品经理，应用工程师，以及质量控制人员。

5. 10% 根据实际需要，承担上级所安排的工作。

6. 15％ 环境健康安全

招聘需求：

1：硕士学历或以上，机械制造及其自动化专业，材料专业也可

2：英语良好，听说读写熟练

2：有过相关磨削经验

Objective of the Position :
（China Grinding Technology Center） technical staff, carry out projects, directly alligned and/or contribute to team projects leading to advancement of abrasive finishing technology and products. Could be flexible based on real work flow in the future.

Principal Accountabilities:
1. Carry out of grinding studies and projects in order to improve the abrasive products, and their applications.
2. Based on the abrasive product applications, design the experiment, develop the test methods to test the product in the laboratory environment, and match the lab results with the real applications.
3. Work together with suitable SGA (Saint-Gobain Abrasives Shanghai Company) resources to achieve technical superiority over competitors and also establish credibility and collaboration with key customer.
4. Facilitate establishment of CGTC equipment, resources, measuring tools, methods and techniques and utilise them as required for project activities.
5. Develop application technology competence through self learning, participation in training programmes and through projects and in colleboration with other technology centers. Utilize such knowledge in the training and development for application technology for R & D, Product team, Application team & Supply Quality Management staff of SGA.
6. Work with other Saint-Gobain teams to achieve the necessary progresses based on the needs.
7. Being able to work under the multi-cultural environment and in a team with different countries' staffs and resources.

Requirements:
1. Degree: Master degree above.
2. Major : Mechanical Manufacture and Automation
3. Understanding the basic scientific research principles. Know how to define the problem, propose the hypothesis, use scientific methods to prove the hypothesis and solve the problems, design of experiment, data analysis and so on.
4. Mechanical background, mechanical manufacturing knowledge is necessary. Grinding technology is well preferred. Also be familiar with the machine construction, mechanical transmission. The machine diagnostics knowledge is preferred too.
5. Understanding the principle of the measurement, can apply this knowledge in the grinding experiment.
6. Experience on the grinding research and application is preferred.
7. Ability to communicate professionally with people at all level.
8. Excellent PC and English skills.
9. Have energy, drive and passion to achieve goals, proven self-starter on taking initiative to drive change.
10. Have the ability to be manage, control the project, and the experience to work on the projects overseas is preferred.
